Custom production of a mobile (modular) house.
The house of 40 m2 consists of two modules. Dimensions: 6.25 x 6.26 m.
Ecological, low-energy house.
Wooden skeleton technology, of course, are waterproof and
vapor-proof foils on the inside and outside.
House insulation: mineral basalt wool.
Turnkey assembly:
- floor: linoleum (laminate),
- walls and ceiling: wood paneling
- sheet metal roofing
- windows: plastic, triple glazing
- interior door
- electrical switchboards, sockets and switches
A switchboard for the installation of meters with an input circuit breaker is installed on the outer wall
- Built-in LED lights in the kitchen and room
- internal water distribution and sewerage
- bathroom with toilet bowl, tiles in the shower zone
- outdoor lighting

Also included in the price within the Czech Republic are:
- transport
- assembly
- electrical installation project (prepared by an authorized engineer)
- drawings of electricity, water and sewage connections
